Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CertTrak, a credential and certification tracking service operated by Cypress Myrtle Enterprises LLC ("CertTrak," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using CertTrak, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the actions taken under your account, including by staff members you invite.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
3. SMS and email reminders
Email reminders go to account admins and staff automatically. SMS reminders are different: on plans that include them, a text only ever goes to a phone number whose owner has personally opted in — an account admin for their own number at signup, or a staff member for their own number from their self-service portal. An admin entering a phone number elsewhere in the app does not opt that number in to texts. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on the number of credentials tracked and their expiration dates. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS reminders at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect email reminders.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CertTrak to store or transmit unlawful content, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
CertTrak is provided "as is." While we work to send timely reminders, we are not liable for missed reminders, expired credentials, or any resulting compliance issues — CertTrak is a tool to assist your team, not a substitute for your own compliance processes.
